How it started

André Hazel performed for the first time at Foodhall on the 3rd of July 2021. Foodhall Scheveningen opened its doors in the year 2021 on the boulevard of Scheveningen and added André Hazel to the roster to bring some live music again to the world during a time where live music has been limited.

The next performance of André Hazel, that took place on the 9th of July 2021, proved to be a success, it became a party on itself and the audience present started to get the feeling of how it used to be when everything was still normal. People definitely enjoyed the live music.

The next day, during a back to back performance at Foodhall Scheveningen, it was announced that live music was no longer allowed due to the pandemic in the Netherlands.

So, André Hazel did perform one last time during the Summer anticipating when or if live music will be allowed to take place in front of an live audience again.

Performances by musicians in front of an audience has been allowed again on the 25th of September 2021. André Hazel performed live on stage again.

It was a great moment, not only for André Hazel, but also for Foodhall Scheveningen & the audience to be able to have live music again.

Every Friday live music by André Hazel

André Hazel performed live every Friday at Foodhall Scheveningen.

He provided some live music, performing on the circle stage next to the bar on the food court of Foodhall Scheveningen.

It was part of reviving live music in the area of Scheveningen and André Hazel is provided some positive vibes with his live performance every week.

André Hazel does not only perform as a solo artist, unfortunately due to the pandemic, he did not get the chance to showcase his band at Foodhall Scheveningen.

The band will mostly be performing Caribbean orientated songs or pop songs with some Caribbean groove attached to it.

So expect more information about his band in the "BIO" section of this website as André Hazel is currently in preparation with many more interesting music projects.

More fun with featured artists

André Hazel will also be performing live with featured artists in the future.

During his career he performed with many artists and is currently set to do a lot of collaboration work in the recording studio & at live performances.

There is still live music at Foodhall Scheveningen on Saturdays.
